Xinjiang And The Five Central Asian Countries Of Agriculture Economic Cooperation Research

With the economic globalization and regional economic integration step speeding up unceasingly,products and production factors was necessary and effective allocation of free flow in the area, theinternationalization of Agriculture began to become the inevitable choice facing agricultural developmentin various countries and regions. Agricultural economic cooperation is a key field of regional economiccooperation project of Shanghai cooperation organization,"signed with the member states of the ShanghaiCooperation Organization intergovernmental agreement on agricultural cooperation", Xinjiang and CentralAsia regional cooperation more in-depth development of agriculture. Xinjiang and the five countries, suchas Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, bordering Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan across the sea. At present,China has been in Xinjiang and the five Central Asian countries to open2ports and10land bordercrossings with Kazakhstan, the land border crossings and some7, and Kyrgyzstan3, and Tajikistan1.Xinjiang is an important bridge and link of agricultural regional economic cooperation of China andCentral Asian countries, both sides in the trade of agricultural products, agricultural science and technology,has a relatively strong complementarity of agricultural investment fields, very broad prospects forcooperation. However, because of the economic cooperation in the field of agriculture started late, the lackof unified planning and the overall strategic research, has not yet established cooperation mechanism witheffectiveness, complementary cooperation has not transformed to benefit interoperability reality fully,agricultural economic cooperation has not reached the desired level. Therefore, in the present stage, how touse the favorable opportunity member states of the Shanghai cooperation organization of agriculturalregional cooperation, the establishment and improvement of Xinjiang and the five Central Asian countrieslong-term, sustainable agriculture in regional cooperation mechanisms, is a major problem in Xinjiang andthe five Central Asian countries to solve the agricultural economic cooperation. Finally, in the aspect oftheory, this study reviews the related theory of regional economy and international economic cooperation,enrich the connotation of the practical application of the regional economy and international trade andeconomic theory, through the analysis of the factors affecting Xinjiang and the five Central Asian countriesto carry out cooperation in agricultural economy, the government should provide favorable conditions andthe reality of the guidance for the specific operation of China’s "going out" strategy and the Xinjiang andthe five Central Asian countries to carry out agricultural economic cooperation.
