The Survey Of National Grain Direct Subsidy Policy

The stable development of the food industry is related to the security of national food, and also related to national economy and people’s livelihood. In order to improve the capacity of grain production and promote the food industry developing steadily, our government has carried out the grain subsidy support policy to the farmers in2004. This policy has accelerated the development of agricultural industry. We should give objective evaluation to the subsidy policy in the past eight years and it has important significance to perfect the policy. Jiangxi province is the important major grain producing area of China, especially Shangrao. Therefore, it has the important and practical significance to research the grain subsidy policy implementation in Shangrao.The research object of this article is the subsidy policy implementation in Shangrao. Using economics theory and on-the-spot investigation method, the article has analyzed the present situation, the policy effect and the implementation problems of the subsidy policy in Shangrao.
