Quality management is directly related to the survival and development, quality improvement is directly related to the safeguarding and enhancing of the quality of their products, and related to the tobacco industry strategy to promote A cigarette factory with quality improvement in the new situation this method for qualitymanagement development.In this paper, theoretical research, the actual analysis, quantitative analysis and other methods, the integration of quality documents, streamline quality improvement ideas, combined with the data acquisition system and SPC quality management system, and ultimately about the quality of recommendations for improvement, and by improving the before and after effect of contrast verification, and finally some of the recommendations and measures to protect its run.
