City Economic and Technological Development Zone,is a Swiss-owned enterprises,China is headquartered in Beijing.C company mainly produces additives premix feed.C company in August 2008 put into operation,with an annual output of 30,000 tons of additives pre-mixed feed.The company has experienced the production of debugging,rectification bottlenecks,production capacity quickly reached the design capacity.With the company's business development,the market gradually opened,sales from the initial annual sales of 10,000 tons,up to 28,000 tons in 2016.Although the increase in sales,but in the whole business development process,product quality is still a series of problems,from 2009 to 2016 on the C company's products for sampling,the product qualified rate of the first 7 years to maintain an average of 92.04%,its production products The quality has not been substantially improved.On the other hand,from 2009 to 2016,the number of product returns and the reasons for the analysis and analysis of the number of product returns,although the reduction,but the statistics found that the product contains the number of debris returned as high as 32 times,uneven product quality up to 25 times.Based on the basic theory of quality management and quality improvement,this thesis uses the theory of probability and mathematical statistics,integrates the quality documents,straightens out the quality improvement ideas and combines the quality management system with SAP and PCS process control,through process control Quality improvement,the quality of additive premix feed analysis and improvement,while the use of SGS third-party quality management practices for quality management,the specific tools will be applied to the control chart,fish bone map causal analysis.Then the quality problems of C products are analyzed from the aspects of human,machine,material,method and ring,and the existing process of additive premix feed production process is analyzed.Mainly from the raw material point of view: the raw material itself does not meet the production requirements of raw materials,or use the wrong raw materials,raw materials into the factory packaging does not match with the kind,will result in poor quality product quality,uneven element content and other issues;Packaging materials containing debris,can cause finished products containing debris;poor quality packaging bags,poor quality stitching package will cause damage to the quality of packaging bags.From the personnel point of view,mainly including operational errors,can not be completely in accordance with the operating procedures;operation using the wrong raw materials;operation to debris into the system,feeding material after the mouth is not clean;product packaging operation is not standardized,The packaging of the packaging after the inspection will result in product quality problems.From the operating procedures,the organization of operational procedures training less;operating procedures are not in place;operating procedures themselves problems can also cause product quality problems.From the perspective of mechanical equipment: feed enterprises in the equipment often in high-speed,high load,high temperature,high pressure operation,in the event of an accident,can easily cause damage to equipment.In the production of the product,the equipment control system is faulty and can not be found in time.The equipment material has no residue and can not be checked regularly.The equipment mixing time setting is unreasonable,the parts are loose and the equipment is old and the operation can not be found product quality problem.From the environmental point of view: the production site if dirty,chaotic,poor,more dust on the scene;logistics in the transport weather,poor road conditions;if the production equipment behind,poor equipment management,likely to cause environmental pollution.And then for these possible reasons were taken corresponding measures.Based on the specialized quality improvement tools,C company developed a quality improvement program,implemented in various departments,the implementation of the steps are as follows: the first step in quality improvement---plan.With the corresponding countermeasures,we will implement these measures,inevitably to the human property and other aspects of investment,this is the second step in quality improvement---implementation.Measures After a period of implementation,we will need to track and verify to see if these measures can achieve the desired results,this is the third step in quality improvement---check.Through the inspection,we can get a lot of data,the analysis of these data,we must use the statistical knowledge,through analysis,we can determine whether the measures taken to
