Currently,the sudden risk of feed industry is difficult to forecast,dispersion anddifference of business area is prominent,the requirements of feed products technology andsales services are high and the industrial chain of agriculture and pastoral food hasshowed the pluralistic feature of the integrated industry,all of these cause higherprofessionalism of the feed industry and stronger pressure of scale growth. Tacitknowledge is the advantageous competitive source of knowledge-based enterprises andunder the tide of informatization,socialization and knowledge,the feed enterprises heed toaccumulate and arrange systematically the tacit knowledge of enterprises to build theenterprise’s competitive advantage.Tacit knowledge is like the air to the feedbusiness,which is invisible,intangible and inevitable and it has always been in theenterprise.Tacit knowledge and the influence of the enterprise competitive advantage will besystematically studied in this article. And by reading the academic data,and summarizingthe definition and classification oe the tacit knowledge and competitive advantages,thedefinition of them will defined.what’s more,combing with the features of industrydevelopment to sum up the characteristics of tacit knowledge in the enterprises,the effectof tacit knowledge to feed enterprises competitive advantage will be studied on the basis ofit,which is including tacit knowledge’promoting effect and barriers analysis ofcompetitive advantages and construction of conversion way of the feedenterprises’competitive advantage.And the four specific ways will be summarizedfurther:building culture first to promote the sharing of tacit knowledge;supportingmechanism to strengthen the management of tacit knowledge;organizing innovation andconstantly creating original tacit knowledge system;transferring information to strengthenthe competitive advantage in the enterprises,etc.Finally,through empirical QDWLgroup,the practicality will be verified and by introducing the company’s basic situation,and combing with the practices of organizational structure,organizationalstructure and institutional guarantee in tacit knowledge management to set up businessschools learning organization, the seven major talent training system,and implement the ofinformation transformation and so on, to realize independent innovation system, successfultransition for the learning organization, to achieve business performance and competitiveadvantage building, serving as a reference for other industries.
