Study On The Capability Of Regional Technical Innovation And High-Technology Industry Development

With the globalization and knowledge economy coming, the word economy has increasingly presented regional characteristics. The capability of regional technical innovation is the main power for the regional economic development, and has become the key factor to improve the regional competitiveness. How to improve the capability of regional technical innovation has become a hot research. And high technology industry plays an important role in economic development, and is the key to keep competitiveness for all the country. Otherwise, regional technical innovation is the main contribution to develop high technology industry. So it is interesting to study the relationship between capability of regional technical innovation and high technology industry development.At first, we explain some theories related to the regional technical innovation and high technology industry. Then according to the summary of other scholars’research about how to measure the capability of regional technical innovation and the high technology industry development degree, we build index systems and we use SPSS20.0to analyze the data. The next we research the relationship between the regional technical innovation and high technology industry development. We analyze that the capability of regional technical innovation influence on high technology industry development.According to our study, we know that the development of regional technical innovation capability and high technology industry development degree is unbalanced in China. China is far behind in the high technology industry development compared to developed countries. And. The eastern region has the highest capability of regional technical innovation and high technology industry development degree. And we also know the capability of regional technical innovation contribute to high technology industry development. Especially, R8D personnel and R&D fund are the most important influencing factors to high technology development degree. At last we give some suggestions to improve the capability of regional technical innovation and high technology industry development.
