The Science and Technology Talents Managemen(tCTTM) is not only an important part of corporatehuman resource management, and it is an important part content of the science and technologymanagement. TY Enterprise Groups(TYEG) is one of the top500Chinese manufacturing enterprises,which posses more than1,000people with various types of scientific and technological personnel,CTTMhas been the difficult problems in TYEG human resource management. Good management of enterprisetechnology professionals in TYEG can help to improve the level of corporate human resourcemanagement;to stable enterprise’s sci-tech talent ranks,to do a good job in scientific research andtechnological innovation,to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,it has important theoretical andpractical significance.Based on the survey of TYEG’s CTTM,according to modern talent management theory,this papercomes up with the innovative idea of TYEG’s Talent Management,expects to be able to provide learn andpractice thinking for TYEG modern technology talent management. The main content of this paper has fivesections:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of topics,researchstatus, main contents,as well as the technology routes,etc...The second part,the theoretical analysis of the management of enterprise technology professionals,mainly related concepts defined in the management of scientific and technological personnel,and analyzesthe theoretical basis of the thesis.The third part is the current situation and the main problems of the TYEG’s CTTM. This partintroduces the basic information of TYEG’s Human Resources Management;and analyzes detailed thedetail of the status of the TYEG’s CTTM,which from the five aspects of the organization system ofdevelopment training,evaluation,compensation and benefits,corporate culture construction and points outthe main problem.The fourth part is the innovation of TYEG’s CTTM. In this part,it comes up with targeted innovativeideas from perfect ideas,organizational system,management mechanism,management methods andmeans.The fifth part of the essay is the concluding remarks. Including three aspects: the main conclusions,recommendations to similar enterprise technology talent management and the innovation,and the shortageof the essay.This paper argues that CTTM is a systematic project, should be integrated and systematicconsideration of the management innovation,pay more attention to matching between managementinnovation.
