The Research Based On Regional Technology Innovation Diffusion Of T-Innovation Clusters

"Innovation is the driving force of the development of a country and a nation’sprogress." Only with a proper understanding of the regional technology innovationdiffusion and used to guide the economic and socialin reality production practice,tremendous benefits triggered by innovation would be realized. T-innovation clustersas an important aspect of innovation and competition in the industry in the regionalmarket, its research is very important.This paper which based on T-innovative clusters of technological innovationdiffusion study, aimed to provide a different analysis path for the regional industrycompetitive behavior, fill the blank on technological innovation diffusion theory isapplied to the regional T-innovation cluster analysis. And on the basis of the researchto guide enterprises in the innovation and effective use of cluster economy, improvethe efficiency of innovation.This paper describes the T-innovation cluster connotation of regional technicalinnovation diffusion theory, and then on the basis of extensive investigation andresearch, combined with T-innovation clusters regional technical innovation diffusioncharacteristics, drawn up by the six evaluation criteria,31evaluation indicatorsconstitute the diffusion effect evaluation index system. It provides a quantitativemethod for the analysis of T-innovation cluster area of technological innovationdiffusion effect, so that the T-innovation cluster in the main body can more intuitivegrasp of technology innovation diffusion region data and contributing to theT-innovation cluster enterprises fast, stable, reasonable development.The foundation for the development in the area between China and the allocationof resources is not balanced, technological innovation diffusion effects are quitedifferent, Qingdao as the most important economic center of the Shandong Peninsulaand coastal open cities, the total economy, the level of science and technology inShandong Province and the country are among the highest, and its technological innovation activities play an important role in the economic development of theregion. However, compared with the developed regions (such as Beijing, Shanghai),Qingdao T-innovation cluster development, there are still many real and potentialproblems, which seriously affect the Qingdao region to maximize the play to itspotential contribution to the regional economy. Based on the above reasons, incombination with the specific circumstances of empirical studies of the electronicinformation industry in Qingdao, and make relevant recommendations andcountermeasures.
