As the market competition of architecture is becoming more and more intense,innovation and realization of the transformation and upgrading to avoid producthomogeneity in competitive market have become the most crucial problem among bigenterprises.Since2001, Group A has realized the importance of enterprise strategicmanagement. They established their ideas of projects in2002, and by the end of2004,the3-year strategic goal had been reached. Thereafter, another two strategic planningstages were being implemented successfully during the course of2006—2007, and2008—2010respectively.By the time the new strategies ended, Group A had completed its perfectmetamorphosis. Turnover has increased to over20billion as opposed to1.7billion in2001, with a generous profit of16times more than before. Besides, per capital incomehad risen4times as much as it was before.Industrial structures had been expanded---More than housing construction, theGroup has developed other business including real estate, capital operation and modernlogistics. It won the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress, andwas awarded the state-level technology center.Along with the fierce market competition, the national real estate macro-controlpolicies have come out. Thus, how to make new strategic planning and maintain anupward momentum in the new circumstances have become of prime importance. Thispaper puts forward practical and feasible difference competition strategy, brand strategyand core competence strategy.The following text is aimed at the analysis of internalresources, external environment as well as the review of10years’ development processso as to provide rationalization proposals in constructive ways to make sure thesustainable healthy development of the enterprise.
