Investment is one of the most important factors of economic growth, which plays animportant role on economic growth. To absorb foreign investment is one of the mostimportant ways for local governments to promote local economy. Absorbing foreigninvestment also has long-term significance on promoting local economy. Whether a city canattract investment belongs to investment environment. To evaluation of a city’s investmentenvironment correctly, and on this basis to improve the investment environment is the mostinevitable choice of the city to attract investment. At present, investment environmentevaluation system is established in many large and medium-sized city, except Hebei Province.In this paper, according to the actual situation of Hebei province, using the factor analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical methods, we made a comprehensive evaluation on theinvestment environment of Hebei province and put forward reasonable Suggestions toimprove the investment environment in Hebei province. Government departments shouldstrengthen their own construction, create good political environment for the development ofenterprises; Efforts to improve and perfect the market system, to create good marketconditions for the survival of enterprises; Efforts to attract foreign talents, encourage peopleto improve their own quality; Optimize the financial environment, reduce the enterprisefinancing difficulty, create better conditions for the development of the enterprise; Make fulluse of and try to overcome the adverse natural geographical conditions.
