Along with global economy fast developing,Performance management in businessmanagement is more and more important. The performance measurement which is in the coreposition plays an important role in the realization of the strategic target of the enterprise withmore and more attention by enterprises. However, how to establish a suitable for thisenetrprise performance appraisal system is the problem that domestic and foreign companiesexploring for many years has not yet been well solved.This article combine with the current situation of performance appraisal of RJ auto salescompany currently, by the methods of ifeld research and questionnaire survey, and use thebasic theory of modern performance appraisal and the main thought of the performancemanagement, which analysis the situation of RJ auto sales compan’ys performance appraisalcomprehensively and systematically, pointed out that the problems of the existingperformance appraisal system in this company. The design thought of the performanceappraisal system of the company is determined by the theory of goal management. On thebasis of job analysis fully, set the performance appraisal indicators architecture withhierarchical and classiifcation, and apply the BSC to optimize design the various position’sperformance indicators, which ifxed the weight indicators. Use feedback mechanism tooptimize the implementation process of the performance appraisal and establish the use of theperformance appraisal result. The optimization design of the performance appraisal in adepartment of the RJ auto sales company was initially carried out, achieved good results. Thevarious positions within the department reach the standard, and the department workeiffciency and customer satisfaction to further improve, Collaboration between employeesincrease.This article optimize the performance appraisal of the RJ auto sales company, contributeto establish a suitable and practical signiifcance performance appraisal for small andmedium-sized enterprises,in order to provide some reference for the majority of domestic auto sales enterprise performance appraisal construction.
