It has brought to the change of the situation of global competition which is resultfrom the development of knowledge economy and transformation economy, while thechallenges have been brought to enterprises of our country. By the drives of externalenvironment and requirements of their own development, in order to get their rebirthand revival, and enter the new stage of life cycle, enterprises have to make an overallchange in terms of the operating systems, business processes, organization, andinternal systems, etc., and their transformation is resulted of it. And collaborativeknowledge innovation refers to the processes, of which the new knowledge will becollaboratively created, in terms of the development of new product, improve ofbusiness process, etc., by the use of collective wisdom from collaborative chain, andthe effective integration of internal and external knowledge, resources, andcapabilities etc., in a balanced and coordinated manner.Enterprise transformation will result in the existing of its internal knowledge gap,which requires the improvement and promotion of their knowledge processes andskills to be able to keep up with the needs of the transformation, and to fill theknowledge gap effectively. However, enterprise transformation is required quite ahigh chance of success and efficiency of knowledge innovation, which will achieve arapidly promotion of knowledge and skills of the employees, by the development ofcollaborative knowledge innovation activities with external collaborative units, andthe introduction of new technology and knowledge from outside, and throughknowledge sharing and collaborative innovation, in order to improve the efficiency ofinnovation, and promote the transformation as soon as possible.The specific research contents and ideas are as follows.Firstly, the research goals and main contents of this paper were proposed, basedon reviews of the current related research findings of domestic and foreign scholars,and the targeted problems existed on the previous research findings,.Secondly, by the analysis of the connotations and characteristics of enterprisetransforming, enterprise knowledge management, collaborative knowledge innovation and the situation of enterprise transformation, the necessities of collaborativeknowledge innovation of transforming enterprise was proposed. The key influencingfactors of collaborative knowledge innovation of transforming enterprise wereanalyzed by questionnaires, and the strategies of collaborative knowledge innovationof transforming enterprise were proposed, and then upon these, the foundation ofbuilding of the mode of collaborative knowledge innovation of transformingenterprise was established.Thirdly, by the analysis of the connotations collaborative knowledge chain thateffectively support transforming enterprise to fill the knowledge gap, and theexplorations of knowledge activities on the chain, the mode of collaborativeknowledge innovation of transforming enterprise was built, and the main component,knowledge process, operational mechanisms and main features of the mode wereanalysed.Finally, the validity of the mode was verified by the analysis of the specificcases.It may not only provide a new reference mode to transformation enterprises ofour country for their practices of collaborative knowledge innovation, but also beprovided with the important theoretical values and practical significances to guidetransforming enterprises to improve their efficiency of innovation, and reduce thecosts and the risks.
