China's Western Region Of Worker Fatigue Phenomenon

Since “reform and opening” in China, the economy and the society of China isdeveloping, and the life level of Chinese is also enhancing. However, recently, alongwith the stress of society competition getting larger,‘overwork’ is getting more andmore popular, especially for the middle-aged white collar worker, migrant worker andso on. An increasing number of people is paying attention to this phenomenon.Overwork hurts the health of workers directly. AS workers are the foundation andforce of development of society, the health of workers is not only about self-problem,but also the development of the company of workers, also the factor of protectionanddevelopment of people’ live level. However, overwork is always ignored, as it did nothappen very widely, and it is not easy to ensure. In the meantime, overwork is easier tobe ignored in the west part of China, as the economy is not good as the east part, and theeducation level is lower. Therefore, it is important to focus on and solve thisproblem-overwork-immediately.This paper will analyze the phenomenon of overwork, then analyze the reason ofoverwork, at last get the way to deal with overwork. The first part is introduction, whichintroduces the background of overwork, the purpose and the method of this study andthe references of overwork. The second part is the research of overwork, which definesthe concept of overwork, analyzes the influence of overwork and introduces the lawrelated to overwork. The third part includes the situation of overwork, which involvetwo parts: the situation in China and the situation in Japan and other Western Countries.The fourth part analyzes the reason of overwork, which is related to the country, thesociety, the company, and worker-self. Then, according to questionnaire survey, I willanalyze the reason of overwork in Yunnan province. The fifth part is getting the way todeal with overwork. Firstly, according to Japan and other western countries, I willanalyze some good experience. Then, I will analyze the way to deal with overworkrelated to the country, the society, the company, and worker-self. At last, according tothe situation of Yunnan province, I will analyze the way to deal with overwork, which isgood for this problem in the west part of China. The sixth part is the last part, which isconclusion.
