Application Of Hakka Culture In The Building Of Enterprise Culture

The corporate culture is the core competitiveness of enterprise development, it will beinfluenced by many factors, such as ethnic and cultural factors, geographical and cultural factors.Hakka culture which belongs to the local culture, is a special part of the national culture, itcontains a lot of excellent ethos with the value times and the modern sense. How to properly lookat the relationship between the two, and how to strengthen the building of enterprise culture byusing the essence of Hakka culture for reference, which are worth us thinking seriously about.Based on Hakka culture as an entry point, this paper divided into four parts, which exploresproposals to strengthen the building of enterprise culture with Hakka culture.In the first part, it elaborates the origin of the selected topic, aims and significance, andfurther combs the domestic and foreign scholars’ views on this research area.In the second part, based on respectively define corporate culture and Hakka culture, thispart analyzes the correlation between corporate culture and Hakka culture.In the third part, it analyzes the status quos and existing problems on contributing corporateculture in China. The organic combination of cooperate culture and Hakka culture not only hasgreat significance to business managers, employees and corporate, but also can strengthennational characteristic of corporate culture and promote advanced corporate culture.In the forth part, based on the above research, it offers the suggestions on strengthencorporate culture contribution by using Hakka culture for reference. Firstly, Hakka culture shouldbe excavated, combed and integrated scientifically, so that it can clarify, refine and summed upthe essences to promote the building of corporate culture. Secondly, corporate culture and Hakkaculture can be better fused by playing government and social unique role.
