As the people’s livelihood,housing is one of the most basic demand of human life,and at thesame time,it is the important preprquisite for the social stability and people’s peaceful life andcontented work.The housing problem is not only related to the immediate interests of the citizens,but also closely linked with the national and social public interests.Housing security has becomean important problem which our government faces.Although our country has established thehousing security system and supply system, but there is still lack of perfect multi-level housingguarantee system which can help the low-income groups to solve the housing problem.First of all,this paper introduces the USA,Sweden,Singapore as successful representatives ofthe European and American developed country, European countries,gao fuli emerging economiczone in the indemnificatory housing construction, and analyzes the successful experience of thesenations which can tell our country some revelations. And then deliberates the supply ofaffordable housing in XuZhou insentively. The housing security work although has begun foryears in XuZhou, it is still in the primary stage, so it’s necessary to research the supply ofindemnificatory housing construction. Based on the research of real estate market andindemnificatory housing’s basic supplements, the paper analyzes the supply and demand ofindemnificatory housing, and comes to a conclusion that the demand of indemnificatory housingis about20%of the total housing demand. And it uses the grey system prediction method toforecast the demand of indemnificatory housing in the next few years, so as to determine itsreasonable supply. Then it evaluates and rangs the combined effect of the indemnificatoryhousing’s supply method by using the hierarchical analysis method, and finally puts forwardsome policy suggestions which are beneficial to the supply of indemnificatory housing inXuZhou.
