This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial computer:impact of the international financial crisis on China’s industrial computer industry is more serious, the industrial computer industry to face competition in Taiwan and foreign trade saturated Euramerican manufacturer "encirclement and suppression" universal survival difficult. And the characteristics of industrial computer enterprises is:the market is in full and free competition stage; regional advantage over the scale effect; although belong to high-tech industries but mature technology market in low cost. This paper argues that: in order to break the present unfavorable situation, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, optimize the industrial structure, the industrial computer enterprises must take the road of horizontal merger. According to the M&A integration theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the M&A integration, several aspects should pay attention to the integration of horizontal merger and acquisition of enterprises of our country industrial computer:according to the change of the market re-positioning of the market; the fundamental purpose of integration is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; how to carry on the corporate governance, operation and management after the merger; merger leadership to team effective permeability; how to integration after M&A enterprise culture.
