Research On The Training Management System Of Southern China Aviation Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.

As the world embraces the age of knowledge economy, the core areas ofenterprise management begin to attach great importance to the construction andtraining of a contingent of talents. Staff training will enable enterprises to upgrade thetechnical skills, to improve the cognitive abilities and to enhance the efficiency ofstaff members as well as the competitiveness of enterprises. As an inevitable choice ofenterprises in the competition of knowledge-based economy, staff training has becomea very important strategy for an enterprise to attract, inspire and retain talentedpersonnel. The construction and improvement of the training management system tomeet the needs of specific company has become an urgent problem to be solved forenterprises in face of the ever-increasingly intense competition in market andscramble for talent.The author of this paper intends to explore and make an in-depth study of thestaff training management system of AVIC SOUTH AVIATION INDUSTRY CO., LTDby means of new management theory both at home and abroad as well as strategies ofmodern enterprises’ training management. This paper first introduces the backgroundand significance of the research, discussing about the basic theory of staff trainingmanagement, the construction theory of training management, status of current studiesand on the basis of which the author presents the research method and contents. Withan overview of the development of AVIC SOUTH AVIATION INDUSTRY CO., LTD,the author has made an analysis of its present training system and proposed theimprovement scheme by pointing out the deficiency of the system. Finally, relevantsolutions to the problems in the implementation of the new training system aresuggested.It is hoped that the study will be of some reference values to the improvement ofthe training management system of AVIC SOUTH AVIATION INDUSTRY CO., LTD,and valuable for the construction of enterprise training management system of otherorganizations under AVIATION INDUSTRY CORPORATION of CHINA as well asenterprises engaged in the same trade.
