The Research On Human Resource Strategic Planning For ZQ Group

With the continuous improvement of the socialist market mechanism in our country,The living situation of state-owned enterprises has become very serious.If it wants to survive and develop in the fierce competition,it must spend more time in the reform and innovation.The author believes that the current most urgent task is to learn from the successful experience of Western companies and to constructe a unique human resource management model,To enhance the management ability of state-owned enterprises for human resources,so that it can ensure their own in a healthy track to go forward.ZQ Group return state-owned since 2007,From loss to profit,Experienced a rapid development of 8 years,has basically completed the transformation of enterprises,to enter a new normal development.As time goes by,the enterprise in the human resources management has exposed more and more problems: the human resource is not scientific,the incentive system is not perfect,the lack of reasonable promotion mechanism.In this paper,the author analyse the model of human resources management,and detailed introduction to the problems and then determine the aim and key points of human resource strategic planning.It is put forward some feasible advice and suggestions to build a modern human resources management mechanism.The human resoources strategic planning is base on the development strategy of ZQ Group,In 13 th Five planning-oriented to bulid human resources planning system.it focus on the build the high-quality personnel and staff career planning.Only the same of staff's self growth and strategic objectives,to inspire enthusiasm of the staff,and it will give more strength to the development of the group.
