About Landless Peasants’ Job-field Research Based On Mianzhu

With China’s further reform and opening up, further the reform of national economic system, the national economy of our city process presents the development posture of high-speed. With the development of city economy, city rapid industrial development, with the industry with plenty of demand lead to the appearance of a growing number of landless peasants in the process of promoting the city; land is agricultural production as well as the main basis for survival, left the land, farmers will not originally effective protection, also become so-called land-lost farmers. Compared to city residents, farmers itself is the lack of equal to city residents of the social security rights of landless peasants, so the overall national become one of the most vulnerable and special groups.With the accelerating process of industrialization, the problem of land-lost farmers become our country in the process of economic development one of the important social problems, which restricts the social stability and overall coordination of development issues in the future development process in a certain extent. To solve the problem of landless peasants, is formed by the optimization of accelerated development of urbanization, industrialization and the social disharmony. Reasonable for landless peasants job placement is to ensure the farmer again obtain the main approach to ensuring good survival in the lost land, but also to solve the main contradiction in the development process in modern times in china.This paper will focus on the Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province as the main object of study, in view of the employment problem of landless peasants is discussed in detail and analysis, the actual research object, can effectively improve the proposed the theory has enough scientific and practical operation; this paper mainly on the following aspects the employment problem of landless peasants are studied:firstly, the situation of the employment of landless peasants in Mianzhu city were analyzed, through the analysis found, there is a big problem for the employment security measures and the employment rate, employment channels for less, higher employment unemployment rate has become the Mianzhu area in the future of Land-losing Farmer the main issues need to be resolved. In the process of the employment problem of Mianzhu land, the author through a variety of ways for Mianzhu region issued a questionnaire, further guarantee information science and accuracy analysis, fundamental reason for Mianzhu’s employment problem of landless peasants, so as to put forward the corresponding settlement tactics step, to improve the employment problem of landless peasants. In improving farmers’ employment problems in Mianzhu land policy experience the author advanced by foreign related to a reference, mainly through policy support, comprehensive grasp of social economy, farmer training in three aspects, in order to improve local employment of landless peasants. Through the study of this paper is to promote the development of effective theory of employment of land-lost farmers, further optimize the employment problem of landless peasants in our country, promote the coordinated development of the whole economy.
