Influenced by banking serious competition, in the international commercial Banksbusiness innovation practice, intensify efforts to focus on developing intermediary businesshas become the target of state-owned commercial Banks, however, increased competition, andspeed up the pace of market-oriented interest rate, makes the domestic bank deposits is moreand more market-oriented interest rates, which makes the traditional business of commercialBanks gradually reduce profits. Domestic more and more customers are using other financingway, less demand for loans, bank of traditional business profit space is narrowed. Thisrequires market expansion of financial innovation, all kinds of new financial products andfinancial tools emerge in endlessly, no longer with deposits and loans and the interest incomeas the main management content, but to enter the middle business, created the bankdiversified and comprehensive service function of the new situation, vigorously promote thedevelopment of the intermediary business of commercial bank, the intermediary businessmarket share rising, continue to increase, the kinds of intermediary business for commercialBanks to win wider profit space. Now the west commercial bank intermediary business hasbecome a traditional business with the bank is as important as one of the three largest business,has a pivotal position, so expanding intermediate business has become a new tendency of thedevelopment of banking.This article altogether is divided into four parts, the first part mainly from thecharacteristics, classification, content and development of intermediary business among theurgency and necessity to introduce business. Article in the second part, from the middlebusiness income situation, trend analysis, key products and pricing structure with concreteanalysis the development situation of Chinese commercial Banks. The article third part fromthe problems existing in the development, pricing management system constraint, regulatoryissues, lack of innovation management breed rare, backward service, sales managementsystem is not scientific to sort out some problems of the intermediary business. The fourthpart, which provide a good environment for intermediary business, reasonable pricingstrategies, building marketing pattern, enhanced business product innovation, riskmanagement can be improved measures are put forward in five aspects.
