Study Of Urban Land Supply

Urban land is an important foundational resource for the national development.In order to solve the effectivity demand of the urban land shortage issue,the key point is to enhance the research of urban land supply issue.Accompanied by the urbanization process in china nowdays,the sharply contradiction with demand and supply are even more obvious:inefficient land usage,lessintensive.It indicated that China’s current urban land supply management system is not perfect. Goernment at all levels in China are only aiming the short-term economic goals but ignoring the sustainable usage and development of land resources. There are also other issues like land property rights system disadvantages,many of the existing under-improved problems in land resource reserve system for the monopoly supply of the land resources,lacking an accurately direction and guidance for the land supply decision,disadvantage of the current land supply methods,land use planning and management as a system of technical methods need to be improved its scientificity in the future.As the main point of this thesis,the way to solve the contradiction of land supply and demand should make the land supply as a system and making a clear structure in each hierarchies.As the beginning of this thesis’s reseach, we will firstly focus on the current situations in China’s land supply,following those four contents:land property rights system,land reserve management,land supply mode and the technical methods ofland supply, having a systemic reseach and analysis for the land supply issues and try to find a perfect countermeasure for the solution,then build up a theoretical basis in land supply.
