With the rapid development of the economy, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the competition among enterprises is no longer limited to the physical, financial and resource competition, human resources are becoming the focus of competition, the competition among enterprises changes to talent competition. Performance management is the core of human resource management, and the performance management system related to the vital interests of the employees, which is the basic for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives. Visibly, performance management is the key issues that must be faced in the process of enterprise development, especially in the development and growth-stage companies, building performance management system helps enterprises to establish their own core competitiveness, and plays an important role in corporate strategic goals and performance enhancement.This article focuses on the analyst about the performance management system of the SX Construction Co., Ltd, through the discussion of the status of the performance management system about the SX Construction Co., Ltd, and combines the performance management status of SX Construction Co., Ltd. with the related theoretical analysis, discussing how to design enterprise performance management index system and guarantee their smooth implementation, to enhance the performance of enterprises. The first part of this paper introduces the background and significance of this study, and the research methods used in this article, designing the study route of this article. The second part analyses the existing performance management theory research, including the connotation of performance management, development and evolution, and processes, as a theoretical foundation for designing the performance indicator system of SX Construction Co., Ltd. The third section explores the internal problems of SX Construction Co.,Ltd, especially for enterprise performance management issues, and then find out the reasons behind. The fourth part combined with the enterprise status and performance management system design ideas, re-plans and designs the framework of the company’s performance management system. The fifth part summarizes and analyses the process and the safeguards of the new performance management system.During the design of the performance management system, closely connected with the strategic objectives of the enterprise, in the design of assessment indicators fully learning the advantages of the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, building the Performance indicator system in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, thus may help enhance corporate value.
