Reconstruction Of Enterprise Value Based On Business Ethics

With the rapid development of market economy in China, the fierce market competition causes many phenomena that pursuing blindly the economic interests and ignoring the corporate social responsibility occur frequently, especially the food safety incidents. This seriously undermined China’s consumer confidence, and made our industry in the international market competitive position fall sharply. Therefore, it has become the important theoretical and practical issue to strengthen the study of the relationship between business ethics and corporate value and to promote the enterprises attach importance to the construction of business ethics.Business ethics is not only moral and responsibility in the input, also have higher value output. More importantly, ethical value not only is the basis of social value, also is an important part of the enterprise economic value. If enterprises ignore the construction of ethic value system, it will not only greatly reduce the comprehensive value, but the economic value is not guaranteed. Therefore, enterprises should not only focus on the economic growth in the value creation, also pay more attention to the creation of social value. It is the fundamental of the survival and development of enterprises to build the "social enterprises" by really paying attention to the ethics construction. The paper does research on business ethics and enterprise value by taking economics, management science, ethics and other related theory as a guide, and using the method of combining theory and practice. It analysis the action mechanism on ethics promoting the enterprise value, and explores the reconstruction of the enterprises comprehensive value based on business ethics.The paper leads to the lack of business ethics with the problem the food safety accident in China. It argues that the contemporary enterprises only pay attention to its economic value pursuit, while ignoring the importance of its social value. While the commercial essence of ethics emphasizes the norms of behavior in dealing with the relationship between enterprise and its stakeholders, thus, according to the stakeholder theory, the paper constructs a comprehensive enterprise value system from the double interest attribute. The paper analysis the choice of enterprise ethics behavior from the perspective of economics and does a research on the social and economic value creation mechanism about business ethics. The paper builds a comprehensive value creation model based on business ethics, and analysis the effect of the different ethical level to the enterprise value on this basis. Last, the paper makes an empirical analysis in the food enterprises in China as an example. Aiming at the problem of the lack of business ethics in China, the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, such as constructing the integrity of the enterprise culture, enhancing the quality of management, enforcing the government law and strengthening the supervision of the public opinion etc. There is a need to explain that the comprehensive enterprise value system in the article is suitable for all enterprises. The article is based on China’s food enterprises as an example, mainly because of the food industry and people’s life and life are closely related. And taking examples from this angle more highlights the importance for enterprises attach importance to ethical construction enterprise comprehensive value realization.
