| The development of the regional logistics industry has attracted widespread attention, the country and various regions have successively promulgated a series of policies to guide the development of regional logistics. However, how much contribution the regional logistics makes to the regional economic and which aspects of the regional logistics could promote regional economic to develop better should be studied more deeply. Based on the considerations above, this paper presents the ideas and methods of how to analyze the contribution to the regional economic that regional logistics makes, in order to support the development of regional logistics and regional economy.First, the theory and concept about regional logistics and regional economy are elaborated in this paper, and then give a quantitative analysis of the interaction mechanism between regional logistics and regional economy. As the theoretical support of the article, the view that the development of regional economy determines the development of regional logistics and the development of regional logistics can play a role in promoting the development of regional economy makes the foundation of the quantitative analysis subsequently.Two aspects of the contribution that regional logistics makes to the regional economy will be measured quantitatively in this paper. Firstly, the contribution that regional logistics makes to the overall growth of regional economy will be studied with the help of the transcendental logarithmic production function model. Econometric model will be established that labor, capital and regional logistics are chosen as input factors, regional GDP is chosen as output, and the contribution rate of the regional logistics to the regional economy will be calculated by output elasticity and output growth rate, so that the contribution effect of regional logistics to the regional economy can be analyzed. It should be pointed out that during quantifying the regional logistics capability, the index system for evaluation of regional logistics capability will be built firstly. Then the weight of every indicator will be calculated by entropy method, and the first three indicators will be selected as the key elements of regional logistics capability. After that the multiple regression equation will be established, so the regional logistics capability equivalent will be converted, served as the input factors of transcendental logarithmic production function model.With the help of multidimensional grey model, contribution of regional logistics to the regional industrial structure optimization will be analyzed. The "regional logistics capability-regional industrial economy" will be severed as a grey system, in which three key elements of regional logistics capability are selected as control variables, and the three regional industrial economies as the state variables. Combined with the ideology of control theory, grey theory and economics, the grey control system about the "regional logistics capability-regional industrial economy" system will be established. After that, the coefficient matrix of control variables will be calculated in order to discuss the role of key elements of the regional logistics capability to the three regional industrial economies respectively.Finally, according to the data of Liaoning Province from1990to2009, the econometric model and grey control system established before will be researched by SPSS and matlab. The result shows that the logistics industry has a significant contribution to the economic development and industrial structure optimization of Liaoning Province while the contribution is not yet stable, so Liaoning Province still needs to dedicate greater attention to the development of logistics. |
