Present researches about entrepreneurial intention in entrepreneurship mainly focus on the definition and how to measure it. Also, they paid attention to internal or external factors may affect entrepreneurial intention from different standpoint such as psychology, organizational behavior and demography. However, they considered little about how entrepreneurial intentions can transform into actions successfully. Meanwhile, they ignored the influences of nascent entrepreneurs’ personal factors in this process. According to the problems we have mentioned, this paper takes nascent entrepreneurs who are important in new venture creation process as representative objectives to discuss the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and action based on the Moderator influence of Need for Achievement and Perceived Support. At first, we introduce the research background, purpose, method, frame and innovation of this thesis. Secondly, we review entrepreneurial intention, need for achievement, perceived support and entrepreneurial action, which will supply theory base for latter empirical research. Thirdly, we definite research variables based on the related theories and put hypothesizes and model forward. Furthermore, we also elaborate the design of questionnaires and methods of data analysis. Last but not least, through sorting all the questionnaires we obtain the valid data and do descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlate analysis and regression analysis to test these hypotheses with SPSS17.0edition. Finally we’11get our results. Through theoretical and experimental research we got these following results:(1)Nascent entrepreneur with higher entrepreneurial intention is more likely to have entrepreneurial action.(2) Individual need for achievement is a positive moderator in strengthening the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and action.According to these research results above, we put forward some advice from the angle of individual need for achievement. At the end of this thesis we also point out our research limitations and our outlooks for the future research. We hope we can provide some references for the follow-up research.
