Land resources are the most basic information to produce human life, material base is also an integral part of social development. Our country has a large population and little land resource-poor settings, with the development of urbanization and industrialization, population and land, especially the contradictions between the various types of land increasingly prominent. So how to reasonable utilization of land, on the adjustment of land use structure and layout is particularly important.This article selects18township in Yucheng district as the research sample, through systematic analysis of the villages and towns land use status quo status (space resources pattern) and the relationship between the state of the economy, ilter out the main land use types affect the township economic conditions (GDP); as a model of good economic returns township, based on the main land use types adjustment, using linear regression analysis method, established land use structure optimization model, optimize land use structure combined with the actual situation of the Yucheng district, in order to provide a reference for the Yucheng district township general land use planning.Through the above research, the following main conclusions in this paper:First, the town of cultivated land, garden land, urban village and industrial and mining land and transportation land proportion and GDP per unit area of linear positive correlation coefficients of above0.7, adjust the structure should be as far as possible increase the cultivated land, garden land, the proportion of urban village and industrial and mining land and transportation land use; Forest land proportion and GDP per unit area of the correlation coefficient of0.85, only the grass-0.364, adjust the structure should be as far as possible to reduce the proportion of forest land and grassland.Second, a prototype for the economy more developed regions of villages and towns, puts forward and builds the rain city land use structure optimization model:y=1.345+0.020x1+0.075x2x3-0.002+0.002z. Type, z=x5x6++x7, x1, x2, x3, x5, x6, x7respectively cultivated land, garden land, forest land, urban village and industrial and mining land and transportation land and the proportion of land for water facilities, y represent to GDP. Third, the proposed stability of cultivated land, grassland and other land, decrease of forest land, garden land and construction land rain the basic principles of urban land use structure optimization.Fourth, YuCheng district divided into cultivated land, cultivated land, forest land, forest land type three types, and models using optimization principle, for different types of villages and towns, the target optimization and forecast of expected benefit. Using the model of the land use structure optimization, ensure the regional cultivated land quantity remains the same, increases the garden land and construction land area, greatly reduced the forest land area, and makes the GDP and per unit area increased nearly1times, both the social and ecological benefits. Optimization model and principles in the fascine dam town, the town of daxing town and township application effect is good.Fifth, based on the above research results, put forward to scientific land use planning; Strictly control the appropriation of farmland non-agricultural construction; Prohibited without authorization implementation of farmland, strengthen the guide of agricultural structure adjustment; Reasonable arrangement of construction land increment, revitalize the stock of land in cities and towns, guide the urban land internal structure adjustment; Establishes the evaluation system of economical and intensive use of construction land, the control countermeasures such as urban and rural construction land expand boundaries, to promote the rain city land use structure optimization, the more reasonable.
