One of the great challenges faced by modern enterprises is the talentcompetition, to which training can be adequately applied as an effective method.Based on instructional design theory, adult learning theory and humanism learningtheory, this thesis designs a systematic employee training program for the ChannelDepartment of Project HWS in LH Real Estate Co., Ltd., which mainly containsdemand analysis, training design, development, implementation and the evaluation ofthe training. This thesis applies scientific research methods of the ChannelDepartment of Project HWS under the systematic view and it will be a reference forother real estate companies. |
