Research On The Problem Of The Rural Youth Entrepreneurship In The Area Of Mudanjiang

Assistant Director of Finance for rural youth is an important part of the ruralpopulation， rural young people who highlights the sharp growth， creativity，mobility and other characteristics， which determine the rural youth talent in the newrural construction in an important position. Training of rural youth entrepreneurshipawareness， improve rural youth entrepreneurship is to solve the "three rural" issue animportant measure. Consider the development needs of the new era， and the study ofdifferences，for a particular region of rural youth entrepreneurship education researchis still very necessary.Rural youth entrepreneurship education is a complex concept， due togeographical differences， educational objects， educational needs， teachers，and so there are different differences， this paper based on the theory of humancapital and entrepreneurship theory， discusses the importance of education for ruralyouth entrepreneurship and problem solving countermeasures， the use of literaturesearch， field survey method， empirical analysis and other methods.This paper isdivided into seven chapters， except Chapter Introduction and Chapter VIIConclusion， the relevant about Chapter II and the basic theory mainly defined theconcept of rural youth innovate education， and elaborated the human resource theoryand the entrepreneurship theory which associated with the topic. By analyzing theexperience of the rural youth entrepreneurship education in the United States，Germany， and Japan， the experience and inspiration of the rural youthentrepreneurship education abroad proposed some pieces of inspiration about ruralyouth entrepreneurship education in Mudanjiang area， the Chapter IV and Chapter Vanalyzed the current situation， the pattern， and the problem in rural youthentrepreneurship education in Mudanjiang area. Major problems include the low overall quality of rural youth， government support policies are not perfect，entrepreneurial consciousness， lack of teachers， curriculum system is imperfect，follow-up services to keep up and so on. The Chapter VI elaborated the solutions topromote the rural youth entrepreneurship education in Mudanjiang area. first， toimprove the overall quality of rural youth; Second， the government support policies;Third， increase funding support; four is to raise awareness of entrepreneurship; fiveis to create high-quality teachers; six is to build a scientific force the curriculum.
