A Study On The Rural Youth Entrepreneurship In Wenzhou

Rural youth is the most active group in rural society and an important force for the sustainable development of rural economy.The success of rural youth entrepreneurship affects the future of new rural construction.In recent years,the state and governments at all levels have issued relevant preferential policies to encourage young people in rural areas to actively participate in the construction of new rural areas.Wenzhou is the national rural reform experimental zone,but also the national financial comprehensive reform experimental zone,Wenzhou has been deepening the exploration of rural reform.In the wave of rural reform in Wenzhou,more and more young people in rural areas choose to start businesses,some in agriculture,some in other industries.Based on the survey data analysis of rural youth entrepreneurship in wenzhou area,this paper studies the entrepreneurial behavior of rural youth,scientifically defines the concept of rural youth,analyzes the status quo and basic characteristics of rural youth entrepreneurship,and analyzes four modes of entrepreneurship: relying on resources,technological improvement,market network and imitation entrepreneurship.As can be seen from the data analysis,the entrepreneurial scale of young people in rural Wenzhou is generally small,with most of the entrepreneurial capital concentrated in less than 500,000 yuan.Support for venture capital sources is diversified and financial institutions are weak.Entrepreneurial market prospects are optimistic,e-commerce channels have gradually become the main channel.Geographically,the level of entrepreneurial development is not balanced,but most young people in rural areas are satisfied with the entrepreneurial environment.On this basis,this paper further discusses the problems existing in the entrepreneurship of rural youth in wenzhou area,and from the perspective of entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial opportunity and entrepreneurial team,there are many external and internal obstacles to the entrepreneurship of rural youth in wenzhou area,which need to be broken down.In conclusion,government support,social opportunities and entrepreneurial teams are the key factors to promote rural youth entrepreneurship.This paper will study the internal and external support system of rural youth entrepreneurship from three aspects: government,society and team.In order to promote the further development of rural youth entrepreneurship in wenzhou area,first,in terms of government support,we should actively promote the implementation and adjustment of agriculture-related policies and implement various policies that benefit farmers.It is necessary to smooth the financing channels for rural entrepreneurship,especially to play the role of agriculture-related financial platform.The government should set up various platforms and improve the professional entrepreneurship service system.Second,in terms of social support,we need to build an all-round entrepreneurship support system,strengthen specialized training on rural and agricultural entrepreneurship knowledge,strengthen the protection of rural youth against entrepreneurial risks,ease their worries about starting businesses,and stimulate their entrepreneurial enthusiasm.Thirdly,in terms of ability,strive to improve the leadership of rural young entrepreneurs,to strengthen the human resources management team,to improve entrepreneurial teams to work effectively,build a batch of high efficiency of the rural youth entrepreneurial teams,in order to better promote rural youth in Wenzhou root regression in rural areas,rural areas,rural development,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture,new rural construction services.
