With the rapid development of social economy, construction industry plays an important role in national economy, and since2001, many data show that China’s construction industry with the average output value growthing by more than15%. By2011, the output value reached11.8trillion yuan, accounting for6.78%of the gross domestic product (GDP), and it has become one of pillar industries of national economy. In2012, the national investment in fixed assets reached36.48trillion yuan, broughting opportunity to construction industry development. For a period of time in future, our country’s economy will continue maintaining the momentum of development, because of the economy of Europe, the United States and other important world development slowly, so that China will pay more attention to "investment" and "domestic demand" to develop domestic economy, which will increase continuous power to the development of construction industry.A enterprise is located in the western hinterland of the Chengdu, optimal for a long time, formed a relatively complete organizational structure, and industry distribution and regional layout is basic mature, formed a set of their own management system, condensing a large number of professional and technical team. Now it is facing a big good historical development opportunity of the country western development, urbanization process accelerated, Sichuan tianfu new area planning and construction of garden city,, but at the same time facing the pressure of competition come from zhongjian, chengdu construction group and foreign construction group. This article will analysis the macroeconomic environment, industry environment and internal environment, to discover their own advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, management experience and shortage, etc. In the process of discussion, to research the development strategy of A enterprise aiming at the above problems. From the perspective of strategic management, the paper puts forward concrete strategy implementation plan, and in order to ensure the plan can be successfully implemented, also gives suggestions at the perspective of the corporate structure and management system, so that the group could make good use of favorable factors of internal and external development, to speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading of enterprises, restructuring, and leads the enterprise into a track of sustained, rapid and healthy development.
