With the rapid economic development, corporate culture both in theoretical research and application areas, are showing the trend of rapid development, and business development of more extensive and far-reaching impact. Corporate culture is the enterprise strategic system management mode support sub-strategies, corporate culture management mode is active or not the success or failure of the entire enterprise is closely related. Therefore, the use of corporate culture management of the relevant theories, methods and tools, good corporate culture management, building and enterprise reform and development to adapt to the corporate culture management model has very important significance.This paper uses dynamic mechanism cultural management theory and theory of cultural development for the tobacco industry, the reality of the background, through the analysis of Yunnan Tobacco Material Group corporate culture construction of history, present situation and problems, propose Yunnan Tobacco Material Group to build corporate culture management mode, you must pay attention to grasp corporate culture management model design philosophy, corporate culture management model analysis, corporate culture, management support system and corporate culture management mode embodiment of the four aspects of the key elements. Yunnan Tobacco Material Group combines practical, Yunnan Tobacco Material Group’s corporate culture management model should be manageable corporate culture management, and the support system should include basic management systems and human resource management system.Base management system should be based on institution building, processes and standards specifications as the core, in accordance with the standardization requirements. Human resource management system should be divided into5systems: strategic management system, organization management system, personnel management system, performance management system, training management system.Through this research, I hope to provide a viable path and recommendations about the management of corporate culture of Yunnan Tobacco Material Group.
