Research On The Financing Mode Of Endowment Insurance In Tianjin

As one of the four municipalities, Tianjin has been one of the provincial-level administrative units which have enjoyed a rapid economic development by the effect of the "demographic dividend" recent years. However, in the case of Tianjin population structure gradually "aging", the current financing mode of endowment insurance have to reform. This thesis refers to the West theory of "demographic dividend", by the analysis and forecasting on Tianjin population structure in order to figure out the most suitable financing mode of endowment insurance in Tianjin. Creating the institutional conditions for further excavation and continuation of the "demographic dividend" so that promote the healthy and rapid economic development finally.This thesis consists of six parts:The first charpter is an introduction, introducing the main meaning and purpose of the article, some related literature review, and the key method; The second one will give conclusions on Tianjin "demographic dividend" by observing existing population structure characteristics and its trends; Section3intends to research on the theoretical and fundamental analysis on the three basic financing mode of endowment insurance. The fourth part puts forward several problems in the current of Tianjin financing mode of endowment insurance by data analysis. Part five first states the principles and perspectives of selecting a financing mode of endowment insurance and works out the realistic choice of Tianjin. And then followed feasibility analysis and recommendations. The last chapter gives conclusions and pointed out some inadequacies of the article.
