Poverty Reduction:the Perspective Of Enhancing The Level Of Basic Public Services

China’s Poverty Alleviation and Development with remarkable results, but the deep-seated obstacles hindering the development of China’s poverty-stricken areas are still there. The analysis is derived from the "China Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development Program (2011-2020)",which put forward pay more attention to improve the poor’s capability of self-development, pay more attention to the equalization of basic public services and the main indicators in the field of poverty-stricken areas of basic public services close the national average by2020. By using basic public services for poverty reduction coming into view.Brief review of the existing literature on the basis of analysis of the poverty and basic public services theory, and then review the significance of basic public services.Then, review the meaning of basic public services to anti-poverty and the path of poverty reduction systematically. Then an overview of the current situation of China’s poverty and basic public services, and pointed out that the poverty-stricken areas the demand for public services menu further,and the causes of poverty-stricken areas lack of basic public services. On the basis of further pointed out that poverty reduction mechanism of basic public services.And then there is an empirical study of basic public services for poverty reduction by using Hunan Province as an example. The results show that:the level of basic public services have a significant impact on the incidence of poverty, the areas with a higher level of basic public services,the incidence of poverty is lower than the level of middle and poor regions of basic public services in general.
