Study On The Main Members Under The WTO Framework Adjustment Of Economic Development Impact

In order to achieve the performance of the WTO commitments, and at the same time in order to meet the growing demand for food, in China after five years of China’s accession to WTO, the domestic grain market gradually open. Government implementation of grain subsidies policy has is the trend of The Times, on the basis of without breaking WTO rules to perfect food subsidies policy and raise its efficiency, relative to developed countries or developing countries, these measures are necessary factors.In this paper, using the research method, such as partial analysis, comparative analysis on WTO main members involved in the food subsidies policy impact on the economic development of the scope of radiation are analyzed and compared. First, defining the concept of food subsidies, and determine the division standard of food subsidies policy type, the use of the tool in economics related theory in this paper, the grain subsidy policy implementation basis, mainly from the weak industry support theory, political "game the system supply and demand equilibrium theory, and the theory of public goods theory, interest group perspective; second, under the WTO background, focuses on the analysis of grain subsidy rules and analysis of national food subsidies reduction commitments under the WTO framework and performance situation; third, the analysis and comparison the United States, the European Union, Japan and other major developed countries the development and change of food subsidies policy influence, thus found the WTO member countries food subsidies policy need from the direct income support efforts to expand, the environmental quality improved and the grain production capacity improve the three sides closer to the main development trends at present. The fourth, in view of the situation between before and after China’s WTO accession, food subsidies policy changes or not and its influence on the development of the economy, which under the circumstances of WTO in China are put forward Suggestions to perfect the grain subsidy policy.
