Urban public transportation is closely related to people’s work and life,is one of theimportant industry affecting urban health and sustainable development.Changde city buscompany in recent years, with the development of the city, always adhere to in order to servethe general public for the purpose, the civilization construction throughout all aspects of theproduction and operation, enterprise management, through innovation service management,optimizing the theory-oriented, develop green transportation, improve the car environment,service brand, public bus travel environment continue to improve, bus service imagesignificantly increased.But, comparing the expectations of the society from all walks of life,compared with the demand of social development, the company at the management level hasmuch room to improve.Companies, especially in human resource management, there is littleold ideas, the level of training and development, evaluation, imperfect incentive mechanism toimprove the existence of these problems has seriously restricted the further development of thecompany.This article start from the basic theory research of human resource management, systemanalysis of the state-owned enterprise management theory, and the comparative study of humanresource management at home and abroad, this paper expounds the trend of the development ofthe human resources, and define the relevant concepts.On this basis, through analyzing thecurrent situation of company human resource to chang DE city public transportation,illuminates the company in human resource management mechanism is not sound, humanresource structure is not balanced, using the mechanism of talents is not reasonable, selectionand training of talents is not balanced and the responsibilities of the job analysis and define theproblem such as unscientific, performance evaluation become a mere formality, and thereasons are analyzed and discussed, successful human resources management experience athome and abroad for reference, to improve human resources management put forward thecorresponding countermeasures, including the innovation of human resource managementconcept, optimize human resource structure, set up professional human resources management,establish and improve human resources each link, strengthening human resources managementsupervision, build fostering good corporate culture, etc., so as to improve the enterprise overallquality, improve enterprise’s market competitiveness and brand image, to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
