City public traffic as a modern city arteries, for people to provide convenient and fast urban public operating service, and the city modernization is inseparable. However, our country’s public transportation enterprise human resources are scarce, the brain drain is serious, the structure unreasonable, the reason as the public transport enterprise human resources management is the lack of scientific and reasonable mode, therefore, the urgent need to establish and city bus system is to develop, scientific human resource management system, and promote the development of urban public transport. This paper, from the urban public transportation enterprise’s present situation, through to the domestic and foreign public transportation enterprise human resources management characteristics with the analysis of the present situation, and pointed out the public transportation enterprise human resources management problems, through the foreign bus human resource management of successful mode, the use of human resources management and related discipline basic principle of nanjing XX bus company human resource management model and system are studied, thus puts forward to the company human resource management model of optimization scheme, the optimization scheme for the company strengthen the management of human resources management has important guiding role.
