Private enterprises constitute an essential part of China nantional economy. Theeconomic globalization has enhanced the competition in talent markets, and privateenterprises must resolve the urgent problem of human resource training anddevelopment. Reasonably develop, allocate, and utilize China private enterprises’human resources is a fundamental route of increasing China private enterprises’qualities, enabling private enterprises to sustain their development, and keeping anedge in the intense international competition.Emphasizing on training&developing of HR in Private Enterprises not only reduces talents loss, also helps to utilize talents properly.Thus it motivates the enthusiasim of empolyees to create more profit. What’s more,it leads them correct developing direction, which eventually will effect enterprise development positively.This article starts from examining human resource training and developmentthoeries by studying their connotations and nature; then this article analyzes thepresent human resources situation and issues in China private enterprises, probescauses that create these issues, and proposes human resource strategies for Chinaprivate enterprises.
