The Research Of The Agricultural Circular Economy Development In Xun County

Development of agricultural circular economy in China has become a necessary and realistic option. Firstly, the argument of this paper is related to the basic situation in Henan province:as the country’s first agricultural Henan province, the first province of food, the major animal husbandry province, the country’s major livestock production and processing base, the contradictions among population, environment and resources become increasingly prominent and the problems of the rural and agricultural ecological environment are increasingly sharp, which restricts the sustained, healthy and balanced economic and social development to a large extent. Development of agricultural circular economy effectively not only alleviates the pressure of population in Henan Province, the relative lack of agricultural resources and ecological environment, and promotes economic and social sciences, coordinates, but also implements the scientific development concept and builds a prosperous Henan.Xun County is located in the northern part of Henan Province, under the Hebi City, is a traditional agricultural county with a large population, covering an area of966square kilometers with107.6acres of arable land and84acres of farmland. Its total population is668,000with490,000agricultural population. It has abundant agricultural resources since the ancient time, and there is an old saying being"Liyang harvests, China benefits". Resources in Xun County is similar to that in Henan, the types of resources in the two places are very rich, but they are restricted in two aspects:on the one hand, per capita of resources is low; on the other hand, the problem of waste of resources is serious and the exploration and use patterns are low. Through in-depth research on Xun County agricultural circular economy, the thesis analyzes the current problems existing in the development of agricultural circular economy of Xun County according to the reality in Xun County summes up specific measures in the development of agricultural circular economy in traditional agricultural areas and provides consideration to the development of recycling economy in other counties and provinces.This thesis is divided into four parts:In the first part, the thesis will describe the practical significance of the agricultural circular economy development of Xun County from four aspects.In the second part, the thesis will make a detailed summary and conclusion of the status quo of the development of agricultural circular economy in Xun County from three aspects.In the third part, the thesis will analyze the problems lying in the development of agricultural circular economy in Xun County from six aspects. In the fourth part, the thesis will put forward specific measures to accelerate the development of agricultural circular economy from six aspects.
