The Research On The Construction And Application Of Performance Evaluation Model Of Manufacturing Enterprise

China is already the factory of world.Countless goods be labeled"Made in China" sell all over the world.Accompanied by the increasingly rigorous environment in international and domestic and fierce market competition.Manufacturing enterprises have to face more challenges.Those problems that how to remain invincible in the competition and how to stand out in numerous competitors become the most crucial problem in manufacturing enterprises."Hardware" can’t maintain the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises at more, they need more advantages from the "software". Effective performance management is not only a method to improve the efficiency of enterprise management, and is the effective measure to improve the comprehensive competitiveness.The traditional performance evaluation is difficult to provide specific advice for improving in operation process and do not give full play to the value of the performance management in the enterprise management.Therefore, it is very necessary to build a performance evaluation model with a guiding significance for manufacturing enterprises.Based on the manufacturing enterprise,It summarizes the situation of performance evaluation in history and present and the characteristics and the problems existed in performance evaluation in operating of manufacturing enterprises. According to the characteristics of operation process and performance in manufacturing evaluation.The process performance is divided into two parts:basic activities and auxiliary activities.The result performance is divided into two parts:corporate profits and corporate responsibility. This paper applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the indicator system and achieve the accurate evaluation of enterprise operation performance using Fuzzy Rating theory.Than it does empirical research and analysis the results and put forward in improvement plans.Last,It points out the problems and the corresponding adjustment when used by different types of enterprises.
