Transformation Path Of Resource-based Industries Resource-rich Region In Western China

Resource-based industries in the western region of China is the driving force for the rapid economic development, meanwhile, the western regions is also the most important base for resource output and reserve. In the21st century, economic growth in provinces of the western region ranked top in the country, which results from its own advantages of the western region and external opportunities. With the rapid economic development, the local finance and resource-based enterprises, after a long period of primitive accumulation, as well as continuous exploitation of the resource market, has laid a solid material foundation for optimization of social and economic structure and transformation of resource-based industries.With the rapid development of resource-based industries, the source-based industry itself is facing large risk because of the depletion of resources. Current large-scale, uncontrolled resource exploitation has caused serious ecological problems; as a result, the natural environment in the western region bears tremendous pressure. Transformation of resource-based industries is the main economic problems to be solved.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of resource-based industries, to elaborate the opportunities and difficulties faced by resource-based industries, and then based on experience in transformation of resource-based industries of the foreign resource-rich regions, analyzes of internal and external factors that have impact development of the resource-based industries, and adopts dynamic mechanism analysis and hierarchical analysis, to determine factors influencing the transformation of resource-based industries, meanwhile, puts forwards countermeasures.
