With the development of the information industry and the Internet industry, and theInternet industry has played a more obvious in China’s economic field. As the creativeability Internet Co, a strong vitality and capacity management mode is built by company,which is very important. At present, the main function of the Internet obtainsinformation,transaction, transmission, the optimal allocation of resources and professionalsocial communication, which provides a good information platform for people’s life hasbecome one of the most important industries. In the background of the informationization,the Internet industry has gone deep into t all aspects of social development economy,which has a great influence on the whole economic structure. Suzhou area is as one of themost important city in the Yangtze River Delta, with the right time advantage indevelopment of Internet enterprises. Because of the Internet as a technology intensiveenterprises, its characteristics and mode of its management compared to traditionalindustry has its own characteristics, and the existing management pattern has someproblems, can not build a suitable human resource system, organizational capability andefficiency improvement of Internet Enterprises Limited, small and medium-sized Internethuman resources its management has become an important issue currently facing.Based on small and medium-sized Internet enterprises in Suzhou area as the researchobject, which based on relevant theories of human resources management, according to theparticularity and the status of the Internet industry, and connecting with the present situation ofa Suzhou Internet company, the problems of human resource management in the Internet Co,and the causes of the problems are analyzed. This text has proposed some small andmedium-sized Internet Co human resources management system which can suits the Suzhou the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.At the same time,this text has providedtheoretical supports for the human resource management of similar Internet Co.
