Study On The Supply System Of Our Social Low-income Housing

The construction of the housing problems of low-income housing to low-income,occupies an important position in the entire housing system. However, low-income housingbecause of its unique characteristics, construction schedule and construction quality is oftennot just as one wishes. The construction of low-income housing is the core task of housingproject.As prices continued to rise, the ability to purchase low-income housing continued todecline, the living conditions has not been effectively improved, become one of the maincontradiction in the current economic and social development. And speed up the constructionof affordable housing, to fill the position of commercial housing investment fell, becomes aurgent problem.This paper firstly discusses the related concepts of social low-income housing, and liststhe theoretical foundation of social low-income housing. The first part is the basic concepts and basictheory; the main part of the thesis is the second and the third part, analyzes the supply modeof social low-income housing in China, enumerates other countries security system, and madea comparative analysis; the fourth part is the summary.The first part introduces the question research background and the research meaning,research method and framework of this thesis.The second part has analyzed our country three social low-income housing supply mode,lists the problems in the implementation of the real system of social security in our country,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The third part of the housing security system in other countries, and analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages, points out the social low-income housing system can learnfrom.The fourth part gives several suggestions on housing supply mode of social security ofour country, than put forward new supply mode.
