In recent years, with the improvement of the social concern to subjective well-being, manycompanies have also paid more attention to happiness Management, how to improve subjectivewell-being of employees become the focus and difficulty of enterprise management. The quality ofwork and family relationships of employees is one of the important factors affecting theirwell-being,and balancing relationship of work and family effectively is not only the individualaffairs,but also the social responsibilities of humane enterprise.Based on previous literature, this thesis analyses the relationship among perceivedorganizational support, work-family relationship and subjective well-being through developing thetheoretical model and making underlying hypotheses. After that, valid survey data were collectedamong235employees from more than20companies in China using questionnaires.The theoreticalmodel and hypotheses had been analyzed empirically by SPSS19.0, and some valuable conclusionshad been got.1. POS and its dimensions had significant positive effect on SWB and its dimensions. POS hada positive impact on SWB, and all of the dimension had positive impact on life satisfication andpositive affect, and had negative impact on negative affect.Perceived tangible support had largestimpact on SWB, followed by perceived intangible support.2. POS and its dimensions had significant impact on work-family relationship. POS had apositive impact on work-family relationship.Perceived tangible support had a significant negativeimpact on WIF, but the influence of perceived intangible support is not significant. Perceivedintangible support had a significant positive impact on WFF, followed by perceived tangiblesupport.3. Work-family relationship and its dimensions have significant effect on SWB. Work-familyrelationships have a significant positive effect on SWB, and WIF had a significant negative impacton SWB, and WFF had a significant positive impact on SWB.4. Work-family relationship medium the relationship between POS and SWB. WIF and WFFmedium the relationship between POS and SWB.5. The type of company had an impact on POS, WIF, WFF, and SWB; Age and marital statushad an impact on POS and WIF; whether there is a need to take care of the e lderly and children hadan impact on POS; Gender and educational degree had no impact on each variables.The main innovation of this paper is reflected in the following aspects.Firstly, the article defined Peceived organizational support from the perspective of family support, and questionnaireswere developed from a family perspective. Secondly, the study integrated WFF dimension intowork-family relationship, and developed the work-family relationship research. Thirdly, the articlebuilded the theoretical modelcalled “Peceived-Work family relationship-Subjective well being”.
