Current our country electric power market affected by macro economy and relevant national policy control, market share gradually decreases, and the climate group urged international and national level for the environment, the management of the atmospheric pollutants such as increasing, large energy-intensive, polluting thermal power project examination and approval in the "boycott or no approval", the way of the thermal power construction enterprises has become increasingly difficult. Foreign markets may also is not optimistic, with the foreign market to strengthen risk resistance, high risk, high manpower, high burden become enterprise facing a new problem. In September2011, there is power advocate complementary separation reform, China electric power construction group and China established energy construction group, more than50thermal power construction enterprise merge into the two turbine group. HB in turbine branch as a main large thermal power project construction enterprise was incorporated into the China electric power construction group. In the new group, under the lead of HB in turbine branch need to be further transformation idea, cheer up, solid foundation, innovation, expand both the domestic and international markets.How to deal with the current domestic and international market environment, ensure the healthy sustainable development of enterprises, are all managers need to be strong to face. In this paper, first using the PEST model analyzing the macro environment of the enterprise, and the electric power construction industry environment and the two groups within the industry competition are analyzed in brief. Then the HB in turbine branch of internal management present situation, the market development strategy, the main business strategic planning and development has made the comprehensive analysis and research, understand the details of the internal enterprise and future planning. Through the SWOT analysis method, to the enterprise’s internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats for detailed analysis, pointed out the direction of the further reform and development of the enterprise. At the same time, in view of the common risks in international business development control done in-depth research, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and measures. Finally, according to the reform of electric power construction industry development situation and market change direction, HB in turbine branch should conform to the new group development guidelines, combined with the actual situation of enterprise itself accurately grasp the enterprises at home and abroad market development direction, suitable for the characteristics of the enterprise development strategy.The development of electric power construction enterprises both domestic and international, improve the internal management, strengthening the internal control, the innovation of management idea is particularly important. To strengthen the traditional industry market at the same time, innovative business model, and grasp the market, management, team, create brand, to optimize the market structure, regional advantages into full play. Reasonable control cost, open source throttling, conducive to the accumulation of capital, is conducive to the implementation of the project smoothly and orderly, is beneficial to form the brand effect, conducive to the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and ultimately make HB branch in turbine power construction industry benchmarking enterprises. Aiming at these problems, a strategy:the internationalization development strategy, the total package of business development strategy, diversification strategy, and put forward the corresponding strategic measures: international talent team construction, field management, materials management, cost management reform mode innovation, so as to realize enterprise strategic objectives.
