According to the website of the Ministry of Education, the number of university graduates in China continued to hover at a high level. Such a large number of new employees into the enterprise, but also to new business challenges brought about staff management. The new employees continue to provide a steady flow of vitality forward for companies. Companies want to develop sustainable and efficient manner, more attention should cultivate new employees. Asked which the ditch is clear, for has the source running water to come. At the same time as the changes in the world economy, streamlining, flattening the organizational structure of the trend more pronounced in the era of borderless career, organizational staff career development is concerned organizations. In this paper, a new employee career growth process of the enterprise in-depth research and analysis.Firstly, through case studies, the study discusses the main subject of this article and study variables. Then in the literature review on the basis of the theoretical construct a research model proposed hypotheses. And then select the relevant domestic and international maturity scale related to ethics leadership, career adaptability, organizational justice, career growth for the preparation of the questionnaire. In this paper, a method to collect data through questionnaires, conducted a small sample of the reliability and validity of the pre-test analysis. On this basis a large sample of data collection, reliability and validity were examined using regression analysis of research hypotheses were verified.Through the study of the article, we find out the influence of employees themselves, business leaders, organizational climate in the career development process of new employees in companies. Specifically, we analysis the relationship between the ethics leadership of the enterprise and the career growth of the new employees, and explore the process of mediating effect of new employees career adaptability and its four dimensions, organizational justice and its four dimensions in the effect that ethics leadership of the enterprise to the new employee career growth.After empirical research, this paper based on the relevant research findings, combined with management practices, puts forward a new employee career management process, inspiration and advice. Finally, the limitations of the study and future research directions in this article are summarized and induction.
