Research On Development Model And Countermeasures On Jilin Province Recreational Fishery

Twelfth Five-Year Period is an important period for the realization of theoverall revitalization of Jilin old industrial base，for the building of a Well-offsociety，and also for the development of Jilin fishery. Further optimizing theindustrial structure and regional distribution of Jilin fishery, a steady increasing inthe income of fishermen and enhancing the economic contribution and capacity forsustainable development of fishery are priorities to the development of fishery.However, economic growth capacity of the traditional fishery is limited, andtraditional fishery conflicts with the natural environment, which directly restrict theeconomic development of Jilin fishery，the development of recreational fisherieshas opened up new ways to solve these issues. Recreational fishery is a newfishery，which is the combination of fishing， recreational leisure, and tourismindustry, the combination of the primary industry and the tertiary industry，also thecombination of leisure activities and modern fishery ways such as tourism industryand aquatic ornamental. It has many functions，such as, alleviating irrefragabletourism resource destruction, promoting the upgrading of traditional fishery to themodern fishery industry and providing city food quality security of aquatic products,promoting the production and income of fishermen. But which mode of recreationalfishery can fit with the situation of Jilin province, also is absent in the previousstudies. Therefore, this paper, based on the actual situation of Jilin province, studiesthe development mode and regional plan of Jilin recreational fishery，puts forwardthe countermeasures on Jilin province recreational fishery，attempting to providetheoretical guidance to the development of Jilin province recreational fishery.With a review of the research literature at home and abroad, this paperdetermines the research content and method and starting from the concept of leisure to define the concept of recreational fishery, and analyzes its similarities anddifferences with traditional fisheries, introduces the theory of consumption, industryevolution and upgrading theory, SWOT method. Starting from the necessity ofrecreational fishery, analyses the reasons of the development of fishery and thenatural environment in Jilin province and introduces the current situation of thedevelopment of recreational fishery, summarizes the main problems of Jilin provincefishery now, analyzes its causes, and comes to the conclusion that recreationalfishery is the way to solve the problem of Jilin province fisheryAnalyzing the development of Jilin province recreational fishery and itssuccessful experience at home and abroad, based on the SWOT analysis of Jilinprovince recreational fishery, this paper sums up the three advantages, threedisadvantages, three opportunities and three big threat of the development of Jilinprovince recreational fishery, it concludes that Jilin province should develop thecomprehensive recreational fishery mode，which combines production enterprising,leisure fishery, tourism fishery，and showing education, on the basis of this mode,designs regional plan of Jilin province recreational fishery. Finally this paper putsforward seven countermeasures and suggestions to Jilin province recreationalfishery.
