With national economic increasing, the special equipments are widespread. Special equipment has became to be an important part to maintain the normal operation of society. During process of the design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance, reconstruction, inspection and abandonment of the special equipments, the process of use has became to be the process containing most risks. During the process of use, some type of accidents were more danger than normal accidents, which we called typical accidents type. How to avoid these typical accidents is one of the most important research to the special equipment supervision departments and the enterprise using special equipments. We should establish warning system for the risk of special equipments accidents, which can effectively avoid or reduce the loss. Through assessing the risk of special equipments accidents types, we can determine the risk levels and beforehand alarming signals are given to the managers as soon as possible. Some effective measures will be taken to control and prevent the risks. It takes steps to ensure security and improve work efficiency. The risk assessment is based on the ranking model for the risk of special equipments accidents for design and application.Combined with the idea of continued risk management, the thesis supported by research of the collecting, studying and analyzing the latest information of the special equipments risk assessments in domestic and foreign. Considering the situation of boiler, pressure pipe, pressure vessel, elevator and passenger lifts and analysing the risks influence factors, the risk identification tables for the importance of influence factor are designed. This paper based on reference conclusion, the results of experts’ advice. The index weight is ascertained by the method of the risk importance and category five analytic hierarchy process. Systems of evaluation and assessment standard of typical accidents are established. Beforehand risk alarming ranking models are established which according to modern mathematics rationale and the ALARP. This paper proposes the use of accident tree analysis and risk evaluation method to important degree evaluation index selection.
