With the rapid development of modern technology,information management has become an indispensable part of people's life.Information management system based on information technology not only makes people's life more convenient,but also greatly improves people's work efficiency and brings benefits.In view of the serious and insufficient water pollution in China,it is particularly important to introduce a set of intelligent sewage management system.At present,the management of urban pollution discharge is mainly based on unit declaration and real-time monitoring.The basic work of relevant environmental protection departments is mainly to inspect pollutants and monitor the whole operation process of treatment.Only when the number,type,treatment and operation process of pollutants are understood clearly,the law enforcement of relevant agencies can be carried out smoothly;the online pollution monitoring system collects and analyzes the relevant components of pollutants,and then transmits the data analysis results to the monitoring system through the transmission port,and the environmental protection department can make corresponding measures through these data.With the continuous development of society and the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent,efficient and stable emission management system is no longer a fantasy.Through the scientific analysis of the objects and functions of the system,the subject obtains the relevant theoretical results,and flexibly uses the advantages of modeling language to develop and research the system;in the early stage of system implementation,the subject uses C language,asp.net MVC framework,Entity Framework operation and SQL Server database to design the overall program of the system.In the early stage of design,we divided the system into four levels according to the complexity and content of the system,for the convenience of system management,namely interface layer,service layer,business logic layer and data access layer.The page layer can extract the information in the service layer to make the information public;the service layer can indirectly call the data access layer through some interface to provide useful data support services,so as to achieve layer by layer correlation and connection.In the early stage of the study,after repeated discussions,we decided to take inversion as the principle and IOC as the idea,and give full play to their respectiveadvantages.At present,the system has been applied in a city environmental protection bureau after repeated tests.We found that the system can collect the sewage big data of the whole city in real time and monitor the important pollution sources on-line,which greatly enhanced the ability of sewage management,improved the efficiency of sewage discharge and alleviated the deterioration of water pollution.The application of this system has basically realized the informatization,high efficiency and intelligence of the pollution management work of the Environmental Protection Bureau of a city.
