Water is one of humanity’s most precious resource, but there has been the problem of water pollution, sewage treatment and reuse has become a global problem to be solved.Because shortage of water resources per capita in our country, we need to step up the pace of sewage treatment. For some small-scale sewage treatment plants, they reduce the link and use simple water testing equipment in order to reduce costs, but the effect is not ideal, it devalues the meaning of sewage treatment. This paper takes a sewage treatment plant in Laiwu as application background, combined with its unique biological wastewater treatment equipment, completes the small sewage treatment monitoring and control system which is used in some places far away from urban pipeline network or part of a unique area and achieves sewage treatment system which is simple, lower cost and easy maintenance.This paper studies the design and implementation of on-site station and data server in sewage treatment system and provides targeted solutions combined with the system requirements. This paper completes the design of scene control station based on GPRS transmission and accomplishs a variety of control methods.The system can operate steadily and debug conveniently. Also it uses B/S architecture system server to establish data sharing and efficient management mechanism and completes real-time of monitoring and efficiency of processing.Firstly, this paper completes the design of scene control station.The station includes PLC control cabinet and touch screen. This paper analysis process of sewage treatment and provides the overall process combined treatment process.I adopt Delta PLC for a cost-effective selection and complete complete schematic drawing and programming about PLC.The program separate program blocks and function blocks so that the structure is clear and it is easier to mainten. Also it uses embedded touch screen and complete the design of touch-screen interface and functions.The touch screen can meet the needs of maintener and make the maintainence to be more convenient and quickness.Secondly, this paper completes the design of the system server software and database. The server software includles network management module, data management module, database operating module and thread management modules and so on, and each module is analyzed in detail. Network management module is mainly to complete the socket communications and communication protocols, etc; data management module is responsible for issued commands and query of real-time data; database operations module introduces Qt operation of the database and the implementations of database connection pool; thread management module describes the Qt multi-threaded mechanisms and the implementation of multi-threaded mechanisms. Following the general procedure of database design, I complete database design from conceptual, logical, physical design step by step, and analyze database optimization design.Then, we complete the deployment and testing of the overall system, combining test results demonstrate the stability and reliability of system operation. Finally, the research results of this paper are summarized and assessed objectively, and points out the direction for future research.
