This paper establishes a standardized database which is based on the technology of air pollution exposure measurement and health risk source analysis and makes the basic geographic information,the trajectory of individual/population,the concentration distribution of air pollution and the parameters of exposure assessment as data source to store the monitoring data of air pollution exposure,and designs and implements the data update,query and basic management functions.In the design process of the whole project database,the unified modeling language(UML)and object oriented technology are used to achieve the design of the database,and PowerDesigner modeling tools and SQL Server software are used to achieve the establishment of the database.On this basis,the application system based on C/S and B/S architecture is used to organize and manage spatial data and non spatial data.In the realization of database management platform,the management of spatial data which is based on the Visual Studio platform and ArcGIS two development component ArcGIS Engine is achieved by Using ArcSDE spatial data engine.while the management of non spatial data is developed and implemented based on SSH framework,using MyEclipse as a development tool,using javaEE,HTML,CSS,JavaScript as development languages.Business operation requirement which is aimed at the technical analysis of the atmospheric pollution monitoring and health risk exposure,focus on the needs analysis,conceptual structure design,physical structure design,physical storage of the database and real-time update,batch upload,statistical query and data management functions of the database.The establishment of the air pollution monitoring and health risk analysis of space-time information database and database management platform is to achieve data security,reliability,agility and efficient storage and management..
